In partnership with Microsoft Global Learning and Development, we designed and co-delivered one of the company’s marquee global learning events. Hosted on 3 separate occasions, most recently in 2022, this signature career-building event reaches over 35,000 participants in 209 countries.

For one of the world’s largest companies, an active involvement in social justice and equity is not a question of ‘should’ and ‘if’ but ‘how’. Since 2021, we have designed and facilitated an always-on conversation series that creates safe spaces for exploration of highly-sensitive subjects in the context of D&I.

Since 2018, Nosworthy Group and the league have co-crafted tailored programs preparing over a thousand next-generation leaders from AFL House and Clubs nationwide—to create change in their lives and careers, lead with purpose and clear intent, and guide the game into the future.

50 studio heads, each responsible for the greatest games and platforms on the planet. We are honored to have crafted and co-delivered Xbox’s Leadership Off-Site, a 2-session digital experience as well as the subsequent in-person First Party Leadership Summit. 

The highest-scoring program in the history of Microsoft’s sales and marketing teams. Throughout 2022 and 2023, we co-created and directed Influence Unplugged, a rolling month-long development immersion that equips high performers to wildly enhance their influence.

In partnership with the AFL's Executive Team, EVOLVE was designed to pioneer new ways for men to connect more deeply with themselves, their work and the people around them. Through a mix of self-reflection and small group summits, this closely-evaluated program achieved breakthrough results for both the organization and participants.

In March 2021, Microsoft hosted Include; a free global digital event focused accelerate the Diversity & Inclusion journey of the company and to engage their own ecosystem. We are honored to have supported the experience design and scripted elements of the event, along with anchoring the live broadcast experience from Sydney, Australia.

Joining together in May 2021 amidst the backdrop of an the ongoing global pandemic, this MMU brought together Github's global leadership cohort for three days of inspiration and leadership development—delivered as a creative and provocative digital learning experience.

Built in partnership with the Chief Human Resources Officer, MMU was a first-of-its-kind event for GitHub's tech trailblazers and leaders. This worldwide virtual experience established a framework for personal leadership amidst the challenges of 2020—and for resilience into the future.
